Eight new heroes for EA Sports FC 26 have been leaked online ahead of the game’s official reveal. A release date for the new EA Sports FC was recently leaked as well, giving players an idea of when they should expect the latest entry in EA’s soccer franchise to release.
After EA’s partnership with FIFA ended in 2023, the company launched its EA Sports FC series, starting with EA Sports FC 24. Although the franchise is under a different title, EA Sports FC offers the same single-player and multiplayer modes that soccer fans can expect, including the ever-popular and lucrative Ultimate Team mode. With 2025 well underway, rumors and leaks regarding EA Sports FC 26 have been making the rounds online, including a potential release date of September 26, 2025. If reliable EA Sports FC leaker FUT Latest is accurate, EA Sports FC 26 will offer similar bonuses found in the EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Edition, and there could be several new heroes that will be available in the new game.

As reported by Comicbook.com, EA Sports FC 26 could have eight new heroes when the game launches, according to a leak from FUT Latest on X. The eight heroes potentially lining up on the pitch are Gilberto Silva (Premier League), Jan Koller (Bundesliga), Cesc Fàbregas (Premier League), Esteban Cambiasso (Serie A), Andrea Barzagli (Serie A), Mario Mandžukić (Serie A), Marouane Fellaini (Premier League), and Michael Carrick (Premier League). If the leak is true, EA Sports FC 26 players will be able to acquire these heroes and add them to their squad in Ultimate Team, similarly to EA Sports FC 25’s iteration of the popular mode.
