How to Master the Feather to Make it to the Goal in Mario Kart World

While exploring in free roam mode, Mario Kart World players will occasionally find P-Switches. There are 150 of them in total, with each having its own unique mission attached to it. To the southeast of Cheep Cheep Falls, there’s one that requires players to master the feather to make it to the goal, which may well end up proving tricky for some.

Mario Kart World players can get as many coins as they like with the help of this infinite coins glitch/exploit.

The aim of this challenge is to use the feather to pass through the blue rings, which will increase the time limit by five seconds. By passing through all of the rings, Mario Kart World players will have enough time to make it to the flagpole, although they’ll need to figure out how and when to use the feather if they want to reach it before the timer hits zero.

How to Master the Feather to Make it to the Goal!

The key to completing the master the feather to make it to the goal challenge is timing, although there’s a way that players can make life a lot easier for themselves. Performing tricks while they’re airborne (done by pressing the R button) will result in them getting a small speed boost when they land, which can help shave three or four seconds off of their total time.

To reach the first blue ring, players should use Mario Kart World‘s feather item just before they get to the edge of the first platform. The next ring is on ground level, so it’s just a simple case of driving through it. After this, things do get a little tricky, as players will need to use two feathers to get to the next ring. They should make sure that they’re lined up straight before doing so, and use the feathers sooner rather than later.

In the next section, players will see a red launchpad on the ground. They’ll want to drive straight into this and immediately start performing tricks when they’re launched into the air. Once they’re back above land, they should use both of their feathers in relatively quick succession, which should give them more than enough height to pass through the fourth blue ring.

Hitting the final ring requires a similar strategy as the last one, although the timing is a bit less important here. As long as players use the feather near the highest point of their initial launch, they should only need to use a single feather. That said, they may want to use both anyway, just to make sure, as they’ll get two more feathers for passing through the ring anyway.

From there, it’s a simple case of driving off the wooden ramp and using a feather or two to crash into the flagpole. Players will just need to make sure that they line up their jump correctly, although this should be relatively straightforward thanks to the angle of approach.
