According to an official update from the game’s Twitter account, Black Myth: Wukong is set to launch on Xbox Series X/S on August 20, 2025, with pre-orders available starting June 18 at 00:00 (Beijing Time) through regional Microsoft Stores. In a Q&A on its official site, the developer said that bringing the game to Xbox and meeting its quality standards was “no easy feat.” Luckily, it managed to complete this tough job smoothly within the first year of the game’s official release.

For PC users buying through Steam or the Epic Games Store, the sale will begin on June 20 and continue through July 11.
