When Does Fortnite Downtime End?
Downtime for Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 will end at 8 PM ET on June 7. Servers are expected to open shortly after, so players will want to download the update once downtime has ended, and then try and load into Fortnite to beat the impending queue that will arrive with millions of players attempting to enter the game so that they can check out the new season, along with a new Battle Pass and meta of weapons and Mythics. The scheduled downtime occurred the same day that the previous season of Fortnite ended. This is unusual for Fortnite‘s schedule, as Fortnite and Epic Games usually provide players with a new season early in the morning, the next day. However, it seems that Epic Games is confident and excited for the potential of Chapter 6 Season 3, especially with the debut of David Corenswet’s Superman from James Gunn and the DCU’s Superman, releasing in theaters on July 11, 2025.
