MrBeast Spent Over $4 Million and 400 Days on New YouTube Video

Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, says he spent over $4 million and over 400 days working on his latest YouTube video. This staggering investment of time and resources reflects not only his commitment to entertaining his massive global audience but also the evolving scale and complexity of YouTube productions.

A big part of MrBeast’s success comes from the time, effort, and money he puts into every video. One example is his Squid Game recreation, which meant building detailed sets, involving hundreds of participants, and following tight safety rules over a six-month period. Behind the scenes, his team spends countless hours coming up with ideas, finding locations, and editing to create fast-paced and interesting content. MrBeast once said one of his videos took almost 4,000 hours to edit, showing how much work goes into each upload and why his channel continues to draw so many viewers.
