Xbox Game Pass is Losing 6 Games on June 30

Microsoft recently announced that six games will leave the popular Xbox Game Pass subscription service on June 30. As usual, Xbox Game Pass subscribers who are interested in these titles and do not have time to finish them can purchase them with a 20% discount before they leave the service.

Every month, games are added and removed from Xbox Game Pass. Seven titles were removed from Xbox Game Pass on June 15, for example. Most of these games were indie titles, including Dordogne, Hypnospace Outlaw, Isonzo, Keplerth, My Time at Sandrock, Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends, and Depersonalization.

Xbox Game Pass Price Increase Rumors Explained

Price increases have caused a lot of controversy for Xbox recently, with rumors now suggesting that Xbox Game Pass is set to face a similar issue.

Now, Microsoft has announced that six titles will be removed from all tiers of Xbox Game Pass soon: Arcade Paradise, Journey to the Savage Planet, My Friend Peppa Pig, Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders, SteamWorld Dig, and SteamWorld Dig 2. Some of these titles, such as Journey to the Savage Planet and the two SteamWorld Dig titles, are highly rated on platforms such as Steam, so they may be big losses for fans. Fortunately, all of these games, except for Arcade Paradise and Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders, can be completed in less than 10 hours, so gamers at least have some time to play them before they lose the chance to do so.

Losing access to games is always a bummer, but the second wave of Xbox Game Pass titles for June 2025 is exciting for subscribers. Gamers can expect to find some incredibly popular titles, such as Warcraft 1: Remastered, Warcraft 2: Remastered, Warcraft 3: Reforged, Call of Duty: WW2, Little Nightmares 2, and others, to be added to the service before the end of the month.

Overall, 2025 has been an excellent year for Xbox Game Pass. With day-one releases such as Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Blue Prince, Avowed, The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered, and others, the year has been among the best for the subscription service so far, especially for RPG fans.

Apart from what has already hit the service, the rest of the year also promises some interesting releases for Game Pass. Next month, subscribers will be able to play Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4. October will also be a big month for Xbox Game Pass, with the addition of Keeper, Ninja Gaiden 4, and The Outer Worlds 2. Hopefully, Microsoft will continue to keep adding more interesting games to its service than it removes. In any case, gamers can always use the handy 20% discount to acquire titles before they leave the service.
