The Warframe universe is full of charismatic and lively characters. This includes both characters who assist the player, as well as the many antagonists they will face. The 1999 content introduced what many Warframe fans regard as one of the game’s best villains: Major Neci Rusalka.
Without getting too deep into spoiler territory, let’s just say there’s more to Rusalka than meets the eye. To encounter her, you’ll need to complete the Hex quest. To learn even more about Rusalka’s past, you’ll need to play the Isleweaver node and collect lore fragments hidden around Duviri.

Warframe Tier List (Best Warframes, Ranked)
Here’s the definitive tier list of all the Warframes players can choose from.
Where To Find Rusalka’s Statue
The current Rusalka — at least her present state of mind —is prideful and greedy. She wants control, and what better way to show that than with a statue of herself?
To find this statue, you’ll need to play the Isleweaver node, which can be accessed through the Duviri menu. Once you’ve cleared the enemies in any of the Isleweaver stages, head to the central tower at Scholar’s Landing. Climb to the top of the tower using your Kaithe or a Warframe capable of a long vertical ascent, such as Oraxia. At the very top, in the center of the tower, you’ll find Rusalka’s statue.
If you want to see the statue in all its colorful glory, make sure to go after defeating Oraxia.
What To Do At The Statue
When you reach the statue, switch to your Drifter form and approach it. A “Kneel” prompt will appear. If you kneel, you’ll receive a chest containing resources — although sometimes, Rusalka might get playful and give you something unexpected instead.

Other Secrets
Somachord Tone
There are other items you can find at the top of the tower. Just in front of the statue, go through the passage to discover a Somachord Tone.
A Familiar Face
Then, climb to the highest point of the tower to find the body of a familiar character, along with additional lore related to them.
