The Hanks are the thrill-seeking quintet of Date Everything who are looking for nothing more than someone who will share their adrenaline-pumping antics with them. Of course, there are a few things players need to do to seal the deal if they’re looking to romance the Hanks in Date Everything, and in this guide, I’ll run through how to get each relationship status with these guys, so players can add them to their list of romantic companions, friends for life, or enemies.

Henry Hoove, the hoover in Date Everything can be a tricky man to romance. Here’s what players need to do to get the love, friend, and hate endings.
Where to Find the Hanks in Date Everything
Just Hankin’ Out!
The Hanks are the clothes hangers found in the bedroom closet. Head to the bedroom on the first floor and look in the closet on the left when facing away from Betty the bed. The hangers are attached to the rail here.
Make sure the heart reticle of the Dateviators has the hangers themselves highlighted and not the rail to successfully interact with the Hanks.
How to Romance the Hanks in Date Everything
To get the ‘Love’ ending with the Hanks, players need to make sure that they go on every adrenaline-fueled adventure with them and select the ‘Get real with me – is this real love? Or are we just yelling stuff?’ option in the fifth and final interaction. Each interaction that players have with the Hanks will often result in them being invited to partake in some sort of extreme sport. Players must always accept their invitation and be enthusiastic about what the Hanks are doing to romance them. I’ve gone through the different dialogue options I chose each interaction to successfully romance the Hanks below.
First Interaction
- All good fam!
- Tight!
- Wait, so if you’re the “Hanks” does that mean you’re all named “Hank”?
- Okay, I got that, but how do I tell you apart?
- Well, that explains it.
- What’s adrenaline taste like?
- Man you guys are just adrenaline junkies aren’t you?
- I’ve always wanted roommates!
- Yeah? Who’s your sponsor?
- And what’s that? Some kinda energy drink?
- Ah, that does explain all the red bowls.
- Sounds like a great partnership!
- Seems like you’re geared up for an adventure.
- Sounds exciting!
- Is that sexual?
- I dunno, I… Oh why not! Sure. Uh, sounds… RAD!
Second Interaction
- It’s great to be back!
- Ooo… tell me more about this sexy dream?
- Aw, you Hanks are so sweet.
- What do you visualize?
- Nice! What’re you up to today?
- Really? That sounds dope!
- Sounds epic!
- So it is dangerous?
- Wait what happened to Hank no.6?
- Doesn’t sound like nothing…
- Is he somewhere else in the house?
- Hell yeah!
Third Interaction
- Couldn’t stay away from you guys.
- Oh you can inspect my equipment anytime…
- Where are you Hanks off to today?
- Sounds epic!
- Guys I’m starting to get a little concerned…
- Why not?
- How many Hanks were there originally?!
- Chillax dudes! Just asking questions.
- I’m in! Let’s do it!
Fourth Interaction
- Love the new moniker!
- Arbor Day?
- What’s the “ultimate stunt”?
- Is it really that dangerous?
- That’s terrible!
- What if it’s not gucci?
- Sounds like Hanks no.2 has some misgivings.
- Why’s that Hanks no.2?
- Gotcha.
- How so?
- Explain.
- Wow Hanks no.2. That’s deep.
- Definitely. You Hanks deserve better.
- Amazing! So what’re you going to do now?
- What’s the difference between that and just normal Hank Gliding?
- Sounds amazing.
- You guys are trying to turn me into an adrenaline junkie… LET’S GO!!
- Oh, you can be my man… fer sure. brah.
I chose to convince the Hanks to leave Red Bowl here, as it seemed to be the right decision for them. This also seems to be a requirement for getting their ‘Love’ ending.
Fifth Interaction
- What’s happening today, wild guys?
- This is some immense energy. What’s all the buzz about?
- Is that the one where you turn yourself into a nylon flying squirrel?
- Sounds EPIC.
- Heck yeah!! You guys do this all the time, right?
- WHAT??!!
- Are you sure you’re ready for this? I mean, aren’t you even a little bit scared?
- YES!
- That. Was. Awesome!!!
- Get real with me – is this real love? Or are we just yelling stuff?
- Me?
- What would you do if you didn’t have extreme sports?
- See, this is amazing!
- Yes Hanks, yes! I love you too.
How to Get the ‘Friends’ and ‘Hate’ Endings with the Hanks in Date Everything
Friends Ending
To get the friends ending, you can follow the above dialogue options, but just choose the ‘Heeeeeeeeck yeah, broskiis! HANKS FOREVER!!’ dialogue option in the fifth interaction, rather than asking about it being real love. This will see the Hanks making you an honorary ‘House Homie’ for life.
Hate Ending
To get the ‘hate’ ending, you’ll need to reject every one of their invitations to join them in whatever activity they’re doing that day. You also need to insult them whenever you get the opportunity, mocking them for their way of life and the way they talk. In other words, just choose the dialogue options that make you a jerk and refuse to spend time with them, and the Hanks will hate you after just a few days.
If you get the ‘Hate’ ending and want to experience one of the other two endings with the Hanks, remember you can always use Candies.
