Even With Radio Silence on a New Game, It’s a Great Time to Be a Tomb Raider Fan

All the way back in April 2022, Crystal Dynamics announced that a new AAA Tomb Raider game was being built using Unreal Engine 5, and that Amazon would be publishing it. Aside from an admittedly impressive image showcasing Lara Croft’s new “unified” design, there’s been little official information about this Tomb Raider game since.

But that doesn’t mean the Tomb Raider franchise has just been spinning its wheels. There have been plenty of Tomb Raider projects for fans to sink their teeth into over the last few years, including Aspyr’s two remastered Tomb Raider trilogies, and Netflix’s animated adaptation. And there’s plenty more Tomb Raider on the horizon.
