All Engineering Audio Logs in System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster

It took a while for System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary to hit console storefronts, but now all fans can enjoy the game on their chosen platforms. The game is a great trip down memory lane for any and all players who played the original release. A lot of players back then may not have been too caught up on doing 100% completion runs, but they might be more determined to find and collect everything there is this time around for the remaster.

This includes the many Audio Logs scattered throughout Deck 1. This is the Engineering deck and will be comprised of two sections. Both of which are looking great with their remastered visuals. Players will not be able to freely move between these two sections from the very start and will need to progress the story as they find these Audio Logs.

All Audio Logs on Deck 1 Engineering A in System Shock 2

Deck 1 System Shock 2 Engineering A

While there was an Engineering deck for the original System Shock, this is an entirely different experience. Players might have already collected several Audio Logs before finding this guide. As such, all the Audio Log names have been included. This will allow players to look through their logs and see which ones they may be missing.

Players may think it is okay to get numbered items that they pass by, but the Audio Logs have been numbered in the order that players will pass them as they progress through the story. This can be due to needing keys, codes, or for any other reasons that have left them inaccessible. Proceeding in the order of the numbered items will also help guide players along the story driven path of the game.

To check which Audio Logs may be missing from a player’s collection, they will need to open up their PDA. In their PDA, players will be able to scroll up and down the Audio Logs found under “Logs Deck 1 Engineering.” It might be a little confusing to try to read through all the names and dates, so it is best to check just the names next to the “RE:” lines of text.

Remasters tend to just polish an existing product, and both System Shock remasters have had some criticism of adding some quality of life improvements.
