Bookworm Badge was one of the hardest achievements to get at the time of release in PEAK. Due to bugs, it was actually impossible to get, but the developers released a few fixes, so now you just need to find all 8 of Scoutmaster Myre’s journal entries to get the Bookworm Badge achievement in PEAK.

Each of these notes contains important information about the island and its secrets. Moreover, from them, you can learn about the fate of Scoutmaster Myre. As soon as you read the eighth entry, you will receive the Bookworm Badge. In addition to that, you will be awarded Broken Glasses for your character.

How to Find All Scoutmaster Myre’s Journal Entries in PEAK

First, you don’t need to look around every inch of the island in search of Scoutmaster Myre’s journal entries in PEAK. Instead, you just need to get to all the campfires. The notes you need will spawn in these locations. However, sometimes they may not spawn immediately. This depends on the current map, so restarting your run won’t help. You’ll have to wait for the daily map update to get another chance to find the notes.

Scoutmaster Myre’s journal entries spawn as a scroll that you need to open and inspect to count it as read. It’s worth noting that the page spawns when you open the scroll, and considering some pages will only spawn in certain biomes, you can make it a little easier on yourself to get the Bookworm Badge by traveling around the island.

For example, Page 6 can only spawn in Alpine or Caldera. So, if you’ve already read the previous 5 entries and can’t find the 6th, you should pick up the scroll, carry it to any Alpine or Caldera locations, and then open it.
