To rank up the square in Tamagotchi Plaza, players have to go into their house and interact with the whiteboard. It allows them to view the four sections of the town square (Friendship Square, Tamahiko Garden, Tategami Park, and Trend Palette) and upgrade each one individually. Players can develop the square by selecting the section that they want to rank up in the whiteboard menu and then investing Gotchi into it.
