Now that you have tackled Act 1 of The Alters, you and the Scientist are getting to know one another. He’s a great alter to lean on, and you spend significantly more time talking to him than any of the others.

As you roll past the lava pit that has given you so much trouble, you come to a halt again, and you won’t be able to get through this next anomaly without a lot of help from Jan Scientist. Here’s how to keep him happy and healthy in the second part of The Alters.

Keeping the Scientist happy is a lot easier than keeping the other alters happy in The Alters. All he cares about is getting things done, doesn’t care about emotions or other people’s feelings, and wants as much Rapidium to be mined as possible. Here are all the best choices for the Scientist.

Unlike most of the other alters, the Scientist doesn’t care which solution you choose between the Tabula Rasa or the Implants. The only thing he cares about is making the mission a success and surviving at this point, and he will take any emotional responses as a reason to lower his opinion of you.
