Minecraft: 25 Easy House Design Ideas For Beginner Builders

The sky is the limit in Minecraft, but building houses come with a learning curve. What are some designs that beginners should try?

A Reddit user named katgirlsky shared a clip of a train station that they were able to build in Minecraft. The working train utilizes Happy Ghasts that have been placed into minecarts, which can be ridden by Minecraft players. The gamer said that it took them seven hours to get the train operating correctly and that it should be completely possible to build in survival mode for those who are patient enough to grind it out. Katgirlsky did mention that Happy Ghasts normally look in various directions, but that they were able to fix that by summoning them with the NoAI console command. This summons a mob with no artificial intelligence, leaving them stationary. This allowed katgirlsky to keep the Happy Ghasts from turning around and giving the train a neater look.

A Minecraft Gamer Makes a Train by Utilizing the Happy Ghast Mobs

The train that katgirlsky made has gotten really popular, as the post sharing the design currently sits at over 13,000 likes. Numerous gamers have asked for a tutorial on how to build the train so they could make one in their worlds, to which katgirlsky replied that they are currently making one for Minecraft gamers who wish to transform their Happy Ghasts. One player joked that as soon as the game gets a new mob, the first thought is to enslave it. The comment was followed up by a gamer who called finding ways to use new creatures a tradition. The train that katgirlsky built is very impressive and shows what thinking outside the box can lead to.

Katgirlsky was not the only Minecraft fan who decided to get creative with the Happy Ghasts. Another player made LEGO designs based on the mob along with the Ghastling. Even though the creatures are still fairly new to Minecraft, gamers have already started having a lot of fun with them. Players even shared ideas that they have for the Happy Ghasts and how they should function within the game’s open world. Fans of the title will have to wait and see what else the Minecraft community comes up with as they get more time with the new mobs.
