Infinity Nikki Teases Major Features and Banner Reruns

Summary

  • The housing system in Infinity Nikki is delayed to Summer 2025.
  • Dyes to be introduced in Version 1.5 for outfit customization and sharing with other players.
  • Co-op mode to debut in Version 1.5, offering the chance for Nikki to meet up with other stylists in Miraland.

Infinity Nikki has given players an update on when to expect housing, dyes, and banner reruns, as well as a tease of future content to come in Version 1.5. All eyes are set on Version 1.5 in the Infinity Nikki community, as fans eagerly await the upcoming patch. Whereas Version 1.3 and Version 1.4 were smaller in scope, the next update is set to expand the world of Miraland in a major way.

While Infold has teased the housing system in Infinity Nikki since launch, the developers have decided to delay the feature a second time. Instead of releasing in Version 1.5, housing will make its debut some time in Summer 2025. While the team is happy with their progress, housing is an ambitious undertaking – as it will allow Nikki to carve out a corner of her own in Miraland, seamlessly integrated with the open world.

April 29 Will Be a Big Day for Infinity Nikki

Developer Papergames reveals that April 29 will be a big day for Infinity Nikki players, with the game set to come to a brand new platform.

The new blog post on the official website discusses not just the housing system, but also confirms that dyes are coming to Infinity Nikki in Version 1.5. Fans will be able to customize their outfits and even share color schemes with other players. However, details on the dye system remain scarce, and it remains to be seen how it will integrate Evolutions into the mix. The other highlight in the announcement concerns the debut of co-op in Version 1.5, which will allow Nikki to meet up with other stylists in Miraland.

Infinity Nikki Teases Dyes, Co-Op, and More for Version 1.5

It’s important to note that Infold hasn’t clarified the scope of co-op in Infinity Nikki. It could encompass the entirety of its open world, or it could only be restricted to the new zone coming in Version 1.5. The only thing confirmed by the developers is a multiplayer map. It’s reasonable to assume that players will be able to take photos in Infinity Nikki together, but the community is also hoping that they will be able to compete against each other in styling duels – if not now, then in the future.

The new zone in Version 1.5 will take players to Serenity Island, an unexplored part of the Abandoned District that will shine a spotlight on the Pieceys. Another notable quality-of-life change coming to Infinity Nikki will allow players to detach outfits from their abilities. However, in order to unlock this feature, they will need to collect a certain number of ability outfits and complete a set of story quests. As for the reruns of the old outfit banners, Infinity Nikki players can expect Flutter Storm in Version 1.6, while Blooming Dreams is set to come back in Version 1.7. Version 1.4 is expected to last until April 28, 2025.
