Hello Kitty Island Adventure Update Adding New ‘City Town’ Island

Hello Kitty Island Adventure has released its 2.0 update, adding a new island dubbed ‘City Town’ to the game. Alongside this brand-new region, the update also added a new character, event, and cafe to Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is a mobile adventure title available through the Apple game subscription service Apple Arcade. The game transports players into the world of Hello Kitty as they embark on an adventure to restore an abandoned island. Players are able to befriend a wide variety of familiar characters as they take on quests to learn more about the island and the people around them. Alongside completing a series of cozy quests within Hello Kitty Island Adventure, players are also able to craft various items, solve puzzles, and decorate cabins to create their perfect island paradise.

The latest update for Hello Kitty Island Adventure adds a brand-new island to the game. Announced in a new trailer, players can now take a mysterious boat and travel from Friendship island all the way across the sea to City Town island, where even more adventures await. This new region contains a rainbow-filled town, teeming with towers, critters, and various new challenges for players to experience. The new island in the cozy sim Hello Kitty Island Adventure is also home to unique food and a new character.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure Update Adds a New Island, Character, and Cafe

Alongside adding a new island to Hello Kitty Island Adventure, the update also adds another popular Sanrio character into the mix: Usahana. This new character is found in City Town and will guide players around the new locale while also teaching them how to run the Imagination Cafe. After renovating the shop, players are able to use the cafe to freely mix ingredients to create a wide variety of different food and drink combinations, opening up endless tasty treat possibilities.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure and its latest update is currently only available on iOS devices via Apple Arcade. However, Hello Kitty Island Adventure will be released for Nintendo Switch in 2025, with subsequent releases for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox to follow soon after. The expansion of the game into the realm of consoles and PC will allow more players to experience its cozy world.
